From running Paris’s hottest nightlife spots to making a name in the NY bar scene, Estelle Monbi needs no introduction. Mostly, because you’d have to catch her mid-run, juggling family life, fun time and projects. On that note, she’d rather let her work speak for itself.

With over 15 years in hospitality, Estelle is a true veteran of the restaurant industry, switching her Chef hat for a fitted on different occasions.

Additionally, creative direction, set design, location scouting and production coordination are part of her wheelhouse.

NEFI STUDIO comes as a culmination of Estelle’s many skills, a labor of love for the city that embraced her so warmly. Through NEFI, she’s dedicated to bring people closer to each other and experience a true sense of community.
